Nicole earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Illinois at Chicago. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Nicole has worked in a variety of diverse settings serving children and youth in the Chicagoland area and at a Therapeutic day school. Nicole strives to create a safe and trusting therapeutic space for her clients to explore vulnerable topics and in turn build confidence, self-love, and skills. Nicole is also a certified Yoga Instructor, and she believes that the mind and body connection is important in improving an individual’s overall wellness. Nicole utilizes a variety of clinical and Evidence-Based approaches in her practice such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.
