I am a pre-licensed professional currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University where I was on the D1 Equestrian team. I developed a passion for Equine Assisted Therapy and worked with children and teens to learn how to stay in the present and explore their emotions through a strength based approach. My approach is empathetic and evidence-based, customized for each person's needs. Whether it's adolescence, adulthood, or supporting a child, I offer a safe space for exploration and healing.
