I utilize a range of modalities including: Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Mindfulness.
