Accepting new clients in Liverpool in January 2025 - Hi there, I am so glad you are here! I am Nicole, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am committed to helping individuals embark on their healing journey. Therapy is a personal and sometimes intimidating process, which is why I am dedicated to creating a safe and authentic therapeutic space for you to explore and define your authentic self. I view therapy through a holistic lens, incorporating evidence-based modalities that address the body, mind, and soul. It is through a holistic approach that we can work together to piece together small pockets of profound growth and healing. In our sessions, I will work through a trauma-informed lens and incorporate elements of Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based therapy, Expressive Art, and Somatic’s. Our therapeutic journey begins with mutual goal setting. We will create a roadmap that aligns with your unique needs and aspirations.
