Are you or your child overwhelmed with life's stressors? Perhaps you may be experiencing feelings of anxiety or depression and would like to learn to them manage differently. In my practice I offer compassionate mental health counseling services to people of all ages including children as young as 3 years old. My work is rooted in Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Attachment theory, Contextual Family Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have been extensively trained in play as well as sandplay therapies and work together closely with parents while treating their children. As a strengths based clinician it is my mission to help the people I service grow and develop into the greatest version of themselves.
