About

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to working with children, adults, couples, and families. I have a Master of Arts (M.A.) in counseling psychology from the Wright Institute, Berkeley, California, where I gained solid education and professional training to work using a range of therapeutic approaches.

I am experienced in treating formal diagnoses, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I can also help you navigate life transitions or heal relational conflicts that are overwhelming you. Using an integrative model, I collaborate with you to work through personal issues and support your success in therapy.

For relationship struggles, therapeutic interventions will be used to promote a healthier connection between you and your child, partner, or other family members. All clients will be provided with a safe, confidential space to receive the care they need. My goal is for you to feel empowered, so you can move toward a life of fulfilment and healthy well-being.
