Asking for help and deciding to begin therapy is a difficult decision, requiring courage and strength. I commend you on taking the first step toward feeling better, self-awareness, and personal growth. My goal is to empower clients to make positive changes in their emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health. As clients learn to identify & reprocess their negative beliefs, they are able to make personal improvements in lifestyle choices & relationships. I aim to provide an emotionally safe and caring environment for clients to make the positive changes they wish for. It brings me joy to see clients grow and achieve goals . I have over 20 years of experience helping clients with compulsive behaviors, eating disorders, anxiety, depression , and trauma. I use EMDR to help clients release trauma, fears, & stored pain from adverse experiences. Other areas of strength include: struggles with intimacy, communication, neurodiversity, and forming/maintaining relationships. I have lived experience in many of the areas that clients come to therapy for. Everyone struggles at some point, and our environment is full of more uncertainty now than ever. I understand the challenges of being a human in our world today. I hope you will reach out and start your journey to feeling better, achieving your goals, and having support now!
