Nick Wenzel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California who has been practicing since 2017. Nick provides himself in a genuine way and helps people explore their ideas and reality, and through his strong belief in unique individuals, he supports and provides a confidence that allows others to develop greater agency. Much like film directors, the way we focus or frame things goes on to influence our experiences and the meanings we make of life's various challenges. So often, we let maladaptive patterns and harmful ideas become the lens through which we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. In therapy, we can take time out of our busy schedules to redefine our views and attitudes about life. Nick believes therapy can be the safe place where we blueprint our plans and make new and healthy choices about how we will proceed. Having worked with a diverse range of clients and issues throughout my career, he has found that many challenges are unexpected growth opportunities. Ranging from adolescents to older adults, he enjoys working with both individuals and families. His approach is based on respect, authenticity, and the evolving needs of the individual.
