About

“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.” — Mr. Rogers. I entered the mental health field over 12 years ago. Through that work, I discovered both excitement and purpose helping clients who found themselves facing a wide variety of challenging life events and used this drive to complete an masters in counseling, gaining further certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I look forward to helping you discover and practice ways to move towards the goals you want to meet.

By using a solution-focused modality I strive to meet you where you are and help you find your way to where you want to be. My clients find me nonjudgmental, easy to have difficult conversations with, intuitive, and committed to finding an approach that works for you.

As a therapist, I see my role as encouraging my clients to use life's difficulties as stepping stones to create healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and a life they are more excited to live. Clients are helped to set goals that assist them in attaining the outcomes they want.
