We specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and more specifically, a focus on healing inner childhood wounds. The effects of trauma may play a role in all our relationships, impact self-esteem, creates feelings of inadequacy, abandonment, and/or grief. We also offer different group and experiential therapy options that focuses on healing and experiential therapy options that focuses on healing and connection. So, let’s begin your journey to healing together. My specialty is working with individuals who have experienced trauma and specifically, adults who grew up in dysfunctional, chaotic or unsupported environments. I am also a provider for Palm Beach County Firefighter EAP and enjoy working with the families of first responders. I have evenings and weekends appointments available.
