About

Whether you are trying therapy for the first time or choosing a new therapist, the process of meeting a new clinician can be intimidating. But it doesn't have to be! I will work with you to integrate your specific goals, concerns, and questions into a plan that is specially curated for you, in hopes of creating a comfortable environment where you can grow into the best version of yourself. I believe that the most important aspect of therapy is providing an empathic space where you can be truly heard, understood, and validated.

In completing my predoctoral internship at Clemson University and Postdoctoral Fellowship at Roger Williams University, I have developed an expertise in treating a wide array of psychological concerns. Specifically, I can help you with anxiety, phobias, OCD, trauma, depression, adjustment concerns, and many of life's challenges that you didn't see coming.

In my work, I utilize an integrative approach that combines cognitive behavioral, exposure, and psychodynamic theories, so that you can feel confident in facing your fears head on. Please contact Clarus Health Alliance at 860-889-7274 to set up an initial appointment; I look forward to working with you!
