Hello there! I am a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience working with adults, young adults, teens, parents, and families. I believe everyone has their unique strengths and can overcome any of life's struggles. My goal is meet you wherever you are in your process and help you move forward. I specialize in issues related trauma, attachment, substance use, ADHD, depression, anxiety, relationships and unhealthy coping strategies. I have experience working in community mental health, residential treatment centers, and therapeutic boarding schools and outpatient therapy. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, and have years of experience with traditional CBT, and Motivational Interviewing .
