I am an artist with a Masters in Art Therapy/Counseling who is currently pursuing a PhD in psychology. I provide services to anyone who is willing to work to improve their mental health and well-being. The aim is to minimize negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions while building a positive outlook on life. Your therapeutic journey moves at your own pace as you are in the driver's seat and I am only here to guide and support you through this journey. Everyone should dictate their own therapeutic journey to maximize their therapeutic experience. I am energetic, understanding, open-minded, yet goal-oriented with each session. I am flexible in my approach and I will adapt to each person's unique needs. My focus is to create a safe space for you to achieve your goals, through art or talk therapy. Each session, we will take steps in the direction of your choice. I will encourage you to see the good in yourself (even in the darkest moments, there is always some light and I will help you find it) so you can achieve your goals for self-improvement. I add positive affirmations to the space as words can help change your outlook on life.
