About

Life is hard, unexpected challenges arise and the day-to-day stress can be overwhelming. This is true for all of us, even therapists :) I believe that as humans, we are inherently good, possess strengths to overcome obstacles, and are capable of healthy loving relationships with ourselves and others. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe environment where you feel supported and free to be who you are and express how you feel without judgment. You are the expert of your experiences and because of this, I encourage feedback about what is working/not working during our sessions.

I utilize a variety of evidence based therapeutic interventions and have a special interest in trauma sensitive Somatic (body-centered) Therapy. Every person is unique, sessions are person-centered, collaborative and specific to the individual. I am not LDS, but am familiar with the culture/beliefs and open to work with people from all faith backgrounds.

I work with couples, children, adolescents & adults of all genders. Those who have experienced trauma, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and those going through a faith transition. I provide affirming, culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed care for members of LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and Neurodiverse communities.
