About

I am Ngozi Nwosu, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 6 years of experience and a passion for supporting neurodiverse individuals. As the daughter of immigrants, I have spent over two decades navigating the diverse cultural landscape of the United States, which brings a unique perspective to my clinical practice. I work with children, teenagers, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, mental stress, and life transitions. I am committed to creating a supportive environment where all individuals feel valued and understood, regardless of their cognitive style. View 5 Photos

I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from PACE University and my MSW from CUNY Hunter College. I incorporate tools from cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy with pop culture references, imaginative techniques, and creative problem-solving to make treatment engaging and meaningful.

I am here to help you on your journey to mental wellness with a blend of evidence-based methods and personal enthusiasm that fosters a strong connection, making therapy more relatable and effective. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel understood. Take this step with me towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
