About

A change manager, I am passionate about finding ways to support individuals in owning their power. I believe in the healing power of building collaborative, trusting relationships. I received a M.A. in Clinical Professional Psychology with a certificate in Child and Adolescent Therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. As a counselor who specializes in helping individuals and families overcome trauma and life stressors, I support owning the narrative. I have helped individuals and families navigate trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, as well as life transitions, identity concerns, relationships and self-esteem.

Trained in multiple interventions, I draw from everything including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, anger management, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I am passionate about working with the whole person. I work to integrate mind, body and spirit in the interventions I use to produce change.

Counseling is an investment in self and requires that initial commitment to stay with it through the uncomfortableness that change brings. I am intentional about creating a space that allows for authentic exploration of self and growth. Everyone will find me helpful; specifically, those who are “sick and tired of being sick and tired”.
