At the Behavioral Wellness Clinic, I specialize in providing Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy for individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I also have experience treating individuals with depression, anxiety, and supporting women’s trauma and recovery groups.

I received my undergraduate degree from Eastern Connecticut State University with a major in English and concentration in Cultural Studies. I have my Master's degree in Holistic Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Salve Regina University and completed one year of internship at The Connection Center for Behavioral Health in Norwich, CT.
