Welcome to my profile! I am a Licensed Psychotherapist based in Florida that works in an a variety of clinical settings involving diverse populations for 6+ years. Depression/anxiety, self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, trauma, and life transitions are a few of many areas I specialize in. I am passionate in utilizing integrative techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities with a focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic (Trauma) Therapy, while also maintaining a collaborative approach.
