It is not uncommon for people at various points in their lives to experience overwhelming emotional states, intense reactions to life events and or, feel lost or disconnected from the world. As a therapist, my goal is to help children and adult clients to face and navigate these challenges in an effort to help them gain new perspective, growth, resolution and a sense of empowerment. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults and parents on a variety of issues, some of which include; depression, anxiety, disruptive behaviors, ADHD symptoms, social skills, parenting, family dynamics, life stage transitions and divorce issues.
