I provide space for you to be seen, be heard, and explore the root causes of the symptoms you're experiencing. My goal is that you feel safe being vulnerable as we explore these aspects of your life together, and that you feel lighter and have direction moving forward. I believe that many types of therapy have value, and I do not operate from a one-therapy-fits-all point of view. I use a trauma-informed approach pulling from various theoretical backgrounds including mindfulness practices, existential theory, and person-centered therapy. We will work together to explore your world through these lenses. My goal is to help you tap into your inner resources and find sources of strength that you may not be consciously aware of.
