Throughout our lives, we all find ourselves struggling with negative thoughts or engaging in behaviors that aren't serving us. Do you want to make real changes in your life? Would you like to have stronger boundaries? Do you need support with figuring out how to shape your life? Through therapy, you can explore your needs, emotions, beliefs, identities, relationships, values, goals, and so much more. Therapy can support you with developing skills and techniques to break habits and patterns that are no longer useful. I offer a nonjudgmental space in which you can feel safe to explore yourself. My mission is to support you as you build your life to exactly how you want it to be. I promote holistic transformation through self-compassion, empowered choice, and exploration of your strengths and wisdom while respecting cultural practices. I center your needs and strengths while creating a warm, empathetic, and attuned environment. As a first-generation Middle Eastern, I understand the nuances of intersectional identities and believe that no single one defines who we are. This belief helps me to recognize and appreciate all identities my clients encompass. My style is inclusive and not a one-size-fits all approach to therapy. I find a connection with you and we start from there.
