My name is Nate Lingo, and I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for the past 10 years. I am working with clients throughout the State of Indiana. I am a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV), where I lived in Mongolia for 2 years. I work with young to middle-aged adults and specialize in stress, anxiety, depression along with BPD, eating disorders, and relationship distress. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Adventure Therapy (AT), and The Gottman Method. I listen to your experiences, thoughts, and feelings regarding all aspects of therapy, life, and personal experiences. I offer encouragement, support, and time to safely review your life and plan appropriate next steps. We will explore what's most important to you and work towards what makes the most sense, together. I have always been interested in bettering my life and have looked towards thoughts that made sense to me. I love positive psychology, quotes, and learning new ways to improve personal skills. I think there are so many great ways to live and see the world. I enjoy getting to know people and overcoming challenges.
