I work with teens, adults, and couples, helping them navigate a range of issues such as recovering from eating disorders, managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, grief, and improving interpersonal relationships. Together, we can create positive changes and work through these challenges. My therapeutic approach primarily incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic principles, and Internal Family Systems techniques. I understand that starting therapy can be daunting, so I strive to provide a nonjudgmental space where you can feel confident in your journey toward healing and change. I believe healing begins with acceptance and understanding. By fostering a welcoming and safe environment, I listen and reflect on what you share with empathy and open-mindedness. My person-centered approach is designed to help you gain self-awareness and empower you to find solutions. In our sessions, I value getting to know the whole person – your story, interests, and feelings – and I firmly believe in the power of collaboration between counselor and client to achieve your therapy goals. Thinking of starting your therapeutic journey? Reach out to me today. I'd love to help and be a part of that journey.
