My name is Nate Rose, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I am a trans competent provider. I offer trauma-informed individual therapy to adults ages 18-100(+), and family therapy to those navigating support of a loved one that is aging, and/or experiencing a chronic, disabling, or terminal health condition. I've been a therapist serving adults in a community mental health setting for the past 5 years; I have 7 years prior experience working with individuals with disabilities, and 7 years with older adults living with dementia and/or severe mental illness. I'm currently accepting new clients who would be well served by a transgender identified provider. I offer telehealth to adults living throughout the state of CA.
