About

I believe that it is important to vent to a “professionally trained friend” outside of your normal circle to receive the proper intervention and assistance you need in order to progress & flourish. I view therapy as a ball of yarn being untangled where the yarn signifies your thoughts. Are you a mom, currently pregnant, or just recently given birth? You may have feelings of anxiety, hopelessness, depressed mood, and need whole health management. Are you a teen/young adult, or adult that needs to work through stress and anxiety, trauma, healthy relationships, set boundaries, or work on self-esteem? I am here to help you untangle.

I specialize in maternal health: all things mom, as well as teens/young adults (16-24), and adults (25-40). I utilize a person-centered strengths-based approach that incorporates evidence-based practices and mind- body connection approach focusing on life transitions, self-esteem, mood disorders, trauma, day to day stressors, boundaries, body image, and more

Therapy is in no way easy so it is important that you feel at ease while in session and even be able to share a little laughter which I strongly believe is good for the soul. Reach out and let's discuss your thoughts. I am happy to help the best way that I can.
