About

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, and that each patient is unique. I aim to work with my patient to tailor treatment to what works best for them. I specialize in children, adolescents, and young adults who suffer from Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Eating Disorders, ADHD, and Emotion Regulation issues. I also have experience in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Crisis Intervention, and psychotherapy.

I treat each patient as more than a set of symptoms; seeing beyond the diagnosis and working with the patient to develop a healing path that is comfortable and attainable for the patient.

In a hectic world, it is easy to forget about mental health or feel like there is no time for it. I am here to help you find the time and provide space to prioritize your mental health and place you on a path to healing. It is okay to not have everything figured out, and my hope is to foster a relationship where we can begin to work through that uncertainty.
