My approach will use holistic care practices, education, support, and advocacy. I believe in addressing the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of the individual, couple, and family. My mission is to empower the individual, couple, and family by guiding them along the journey to promote healing, personal growth, and change. I work with clients elementary-age children through elders. I specialize in Marriage & Family Therapy well as Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I recognize all journeys toward healing are unique to every client, and my holistic approach will be tailored to each client. I will use one or more treatment models that fit the client's needs. I am dedicated to providing a protected space of compassion, safety, and stability to improve the well-being of all individuals and families in our communities. Making the step to reaching out to a Counselor can be challenging, but it will be a privilege to work with you on your journey toward healing.
