Come in, have a seat, take a breath. Let's talk. Adulting is stressful. Especially when you're figuring out who you are in a new phase of life while doing all the things. At the same time, your internal voice and mental health are always with you, and they can be loud and overwhelming. We each have our own unique response to stress. My clients often feel anxious, sad, uncertain, lonely, or like they're trying to learn how to be themselves (or what that even means) in a new environment. It is possible to shift how you're feeling, even if it doesn't feel like it right now. This is your starting point, where would you like to go? I'm here to walk with you, supporting as you address your stress and helping to identify go-to strategies you can use when you need them. With over a decade of experience working with clients in support of their emotional and mental health, I draw from mindfulness, somatic therapy, and cognitive practices. Together, we'll discover what works best for you. I primarily work with emerging adults - ages 18-28. If you're looking for a space to sort through your emotions and calm your stress - however it shows up - I offer a grounded, supportive space. I encourage you to call or email to schedule a 15 minute consultation and together we'll go from there.
