Hello! I am Natalie Williams. I have been working in mental health since 2014, and my life purpose is to help bring peace and awareness to every soul I can touch. In working with clients from different backgrounds, I have gained experience working in psychiatric hospitals, schools, outpatient facilities, and private practice. I take pride in knowing that I play a role in having increased mental health awareness in communities of color and low SES. I have worked with clients struggling with Trauma, Anxiety, Mood, Neurodevelopmental, and Disruptive Disorders. My mission is to help my clients on their journey to growth. As a collaborator, I help my clients identify ways to minimize their internal distress. I provide non-directiveness, empathy, unconditional positive regard, cultural awareness, intersectionality, cognitive reframing, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. My services aim to integrate each client’s emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental well-being. I invite and encourage you into a safe space to develop increased self-awareness, self-worth, and emotional regulation to improve your self-care.
