Starting therapy can be an intimidating process. After all, most of us have spent the better part of our lives trying to figure it out on our own, and telling ourselves we “don’t have time” to get help. Yet therapy can be a wonderful place to find safety while healing; to learn new strategies for tackling life’s obstacles; and to talk through your choices with a caring advocate (that’s me!). You are the best judge of what’s right for you — your values, your dreams. My role is as a guide and a resource in helping your achieve those dreams. I am trained to provide individual and group therapy for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and relationship issues. My passion is working with issues related to sexuality and sexual assault/abuse. I am trained in EMDR therapy, and I practice from a culturally-informed Feminist therapy lens. As of summer 2024, I have limited availability for new clients. Email or my website are the best ways to reach me. Please reach out and utilize a free phone consultation to see if we would work well together!
