We all deserve a place where we can feel safe and supported. Through my practice, I aim to provide a genuine, non-judgmental, and empathic space for you to explore your concerns and work towards your personal goals. I believe that therapy is meant to help people learn more about themselves and their experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to share their thoughts, process their emotions and experiences, develop insight, improve their relationships, and build skills for managing distress. Generally, I draw from person-centered, interpersonal, and mindfulness-based therapies, though I tailor my approach based on each individual’s unique strengths and needs. I have experience and enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship concerns, identity development, substance use, and trauma. Although initiating therapy can be difficult, I think that you will find the work you do in therapy to be transformative. I welcome the opportunity to work with you and learn more about your unique situation and story.
