About

Welcome. If you have found yourself here you are probably looking for relief. My passion and experience focuses around helping others find clarity and balance. We each have different histories, needs, patterns of thinking, and struggles. All of us develop strategies of protecting ourselves that have been useful in the past but have become outdated. It's important that we move toward ways that currently work; that help guide us toward the most peace and happiness possible. Guiding individuals toward getting to know, accept, and thrive in one's own self and in relationship is something I am dedicated to.

We often go toward unhealthy modes of coping such as alcohol, drugs, tv, isolation, or unfulfilling relationships to avoid unpleasant or painful feelings. I can help you connect with your core self and ride the waves of life in a more gentle, thoughtful, present, and conscious way.

I view my clients through a strength-based lens that always takes into account the context of one's life. I always strive to gain a collaborative and trusting connection throughout our time together. It is within this meaningful relationship that lasting and transformative changes occur.
