About

Seeking help to prioritize yourself and your needs can be intimidating and vulnerable. As you embark on this journey towards healing and self-growth, I am honored to offer you support every step of the way. My approach to therapy is relationship-focused, holistic, and strengths-based. Together, we will identify goals you have and collaborate on how we can get you there. As you continue through the therapeutic process, we will adjust our plan as needed to best suit your needs and life circumstances. Along the way, we will celebrate your effort and personal growth as we continue to strive towards you becoming your best self.

I use multiple therapeutic approaches and adjust as needed. The approach I rely most heavily upon is Person-Centered Theory, with a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and strength-based focus. I also use Brainspotting, a powerful tool that goes beyond traditional talk therapy to relieve the mind and body of pent-up stress and trauma.

I incorporate techniques based on your interest and comfortability, such as mindfulness, meditation, journaling, music, etc. It is crucial for the therapeutic space to feel like your own as you engage in such personal work. I am so proud of you for taking the first steps towards healing, and I look forward to supporting you on this exciting journey!
