Together we can work through feelings of guilt and shame that we've internalized based on messages received as women about our sexuality. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and have training in Kink/BDSM and non-monogamy. Reaching out for therapy can be tough but talking about sex well that's downright scary! It doesn't have to be, and part of taking back your sexuality is to talk about and say those words you may not have ever said out loud. I utilize a warm, friendly and sex positive approach to therapy. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions in coastal Pacific Beach.
