At Curious Paradox the mantra we follow is “when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” Building a family is hard, raising your children and teens is hard. I am here to help and lend you a hand in that fight! I specialize working with teens as well as couples seeking change. For those seeking to feel reconnected and rekindle that light that brought them together. And for our teens, seeking a place of understanding and safety from chaos of the outside world. As a latina raised in a small town, I understand the value of community. As well as navigating the transitions of leaving that community, building a family away from home, and becoming a new version of you. Finding yourself navigating the waves alone can be challenging. A sailboat needs to make stops along the way to avoid wreckage. Therapy is an island where we stop to listen to the waves rather than battle them. To understand them. So we are ready to overcome them once it’s time to set sail.
