Are you facing times of change and loss, searching for personal meaning? Sometimes answers that used to fit don’t make sense anymore. Life gives us pain, but the things we do to avoid our painful feelings often hurt us as much as the feelings themselves. I believe every experience is an opportunity for growth, if we allow ourselves to experience it fully and learn from it. I believe the more authentically ourselves we are, the more we are able to find joy in life. Maybe together we can face those feelings, and move through them to the other side. I have worked for 20+ years helping with people with depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, and many other challenges. I believe that we are made up of many parts, all of which deserve attention. In therapy, our relationship is key to healing. By providing complete acceptance, I can explore with you the parts of yourself that may be daunting to face alone. I enjoy working with people of all ages, and I am especially passionate about those in the second half of life. Our beliefs, values, and priorities change as we get older. Let’s work together to find your path forward.
