About

I take a person-centered approach and help clients to identify patterns that can hinder personal growth. Coping skills can also be taught as needed or wanted. Some areas I can help navigate are ADHD diagnosis and treatment, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, other related trauma disorders, mild to moderate eating disorders, body image issues, OCD, family and relationship issues, LGBTQ challenges, etc. To schedule an appointment-text the TCS scheduling line at (801) 845-4406 or text or email Naomi directly. Naomi works exclusively out of the Price, UT office but can see anyone in the state of UT via telehealth. Weekly, and bi-weekly View 7 Photos

I utilize the Narrative Family Therapy Model as a basis for treatment. Strategic, CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions (structured to fit neurodiverse or neurotypical) alongside other interventions that best fit individual client needs. Services are provided for individuals ages 10+, traditional or non-traditional couples, and families.

I have specialized training in working with clients who are neurodivergent, AS, ADHD, and those who are experiencing or have experienced trauma in some way. A major strength I possess is knowing the client is the expert. I help get them to where they want to go, but where that is is up to them. Let's identify your strengths and struggles together.
