About

Over the last decade, my focus has been on helping my clients address mental blockers that stand in the way of achieving their potential. I have worked with clients across a spectrum of stressors ranging from anxiety and depression to complex emotional and behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, autism, developmental delays, and life transitions. I bring a culturally sensitive approach to psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and consultation.

I derive my therapeutic techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Insight-Oriented, Interpersonal Therapy, Behavior Management, psychoeducation, and mindfulness methods. I also offer social skills groups for children and teens.

I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients and collaboration with caregivers is critical to maximizing impact. I believe that most of us possess the strength to step into our own stories. I introduce additional perspectives, interventions, and strategies to enhance my client's life journey.
