Sometimes we feel stuck and unable to move, or eager to move and just don’t know where to go. Whatever you are feeling—lonely, confused, sad, excited, worried, overlooked, insignificant—I will try to see you, to understand you, and to hold a space that enables you to better know yourself. I practice using a more person-centered approach. This means that I believe the relationship that exists between a counselor and a client is of utmost importance. I hold the general belief that each person possesses the power to change. I would feel honored to walk alongside you on your life’s journey. I greatly enjoy people and their stories, and consider it an honor when I’m allowed to witness the changes someone is making.
