I work with individuals, partnerships, and families who may be facing relationship friction, grief and loss, sexual exploration, LGBTQ+ identity issues, and first-generation experiences. As a marriage and family therapist, I believe that intimate and familial relationships play a significant role in how one interacts with cultural and societal systems and vice versa. In understanding these interactions, together we can learn how they may influence you and your relationships. My approach in therapy embraces a collaborative style to examine and create new patterns, communicate more openly, and strengthen relationships. I offer an affirming, sex-positive space. I trust that with a spirit of openness, real change can take place. I cherish the importance of the shared effort with each client who enters my room.
