I am passionate about helping you achieve satisfaction, differentiation and empowerment in all of your relationships, including with yourself, whether you work with me as an individual or a couple. I will provide you a nonjudgmental, compassionate and supportive—and sometimes challenging—space where you may achieve genuine self-reflection, understanding and self-actualization. I work with couples in all stages, whether it be in my Marriage/Relationship Prep Course for new couples, building skills and restoring connections in therapy, or helping them uncouple/divorce in a healthy way. My areas of specialty include relationship issues, sexual health, infertility, adoption, and racial/cultural issues. I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. I've completed the following trainings: Developmental Model, Level 1; Gottman Method, Level 3; Discernment Counseling; Marriage Preparation. Too many people suffer silently, unaware that there is help, or perhaps, too embarrassed to seek it. I congratulate you on taking this major step toward personal growth.
