About

I believe that good Supervision is a conduit for mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Having worked with individuals, couples and families I have seen my clients grow and change in the most positive and rewarding ways. In my practice I work closely with people to identify the changes they want to make in their lives. We then focus on the strengths that have helped them thus far and the challenges that have held them back. Effective supervision brings deep understanding of oneself, builds strong self-esteem, and provides an emotional, mental, and spiritual foundation for a gratifying and prosperous Psychotherapy Practice.

My current focus is Clinical Supervision for practitioners wanting to start a private practice or just in need of supervision. I have experience supervising a wide variety of issues including but not limited to mood disorders, addiction, professional/business development, relationship and intimacy issues, infertility, GLBTQ+, and parenting.

I've had a deeply meaningful and rewarding business for 20+ years. I can provide the tools for a thriving business and the supervision for successful therapeutic relationships. I am not a sit back and just listen kind of therapist. My own clients prosper in my practice, with the wisdom, guidance and empathy that I offer.
