About

Moving through the ups and downs of life can be challenging. You might feel uncertain about who you are or where you are going. You might feel lonely or misunderstood. Maybe you feel stuck trying to move past painful experiences. Let’s work together to create a path toward healing, growth, and self-acceptance. I recognize how difficult it can be to find a therapist who gets it. I warmly welcome people from the queer community, black people, and people of color to contact me for services. Whether you are exploring your identity, navigating relationships, or feeling isolated.

My goal is to create a safe space where you don’t have to hide parts of yourself or your experience. I work with teens & adults and encourage self-compassion at every stage of the therapy process. I have received additional training in trauma/PTSD, yoga, mindfulness, and somatic therapies that highlight the mind/body connection.

I offer mindfulness and nervous system regulation tools to help you manage stress, anxiety, and depression. I will walk alongside you as you process life transitions or grief/loss. No matter what brings you to therapy, I look forward to holding space for you as you move through the next phase of your journey.
