About

I have two decades of experience working with people affected by trauma and assault, childhood abuse, PTSD, loss and grief, LGBTQ+ issues, substance abuse, depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. I enjoy working with adults of all ages who are in life transitions or who may feel stuck as they try to move forward professionally or in their personal relationships. My clients are a rich mix of all races, cultures, ages, genders/sexual identities and religions. I am personally aware of the multicultural social and relational issues that many face. In the end, what we all want is to find happiness in our lives.

We all want to feel valued, safe, connected and be loved for our authentic selves. Using a blend of psychodynamic approaches, including Brainspotting if wanted, we will address issues that hold you back. With more self awareness of why you are who you are, you are able to move forward authentically and intentionally - and shape the future that you want.

I know how hard it is when you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward. Or unsure why you are alone even though you know you have a lot to offer someone. Let's shut down the inner critic, help you believe in and become your authentic self, stop worrying about what others think and move you towards finding the happiness and peace of mind that you deserve.
