Hello, my name is Nadia and I specialize in working with children (ages 3-12), adolescents, and their families, while also providing individual therapy to adults. I also provide a variety of therapy groups for children, adolescents, and adults. I am also a Registered Play Therapist which means I have extensive training in working with young children. I use a client centered approach which means that the focus in on the client's needs and interests. I also incorporate a strengths-based approach - balancing one's strengths and potential solutions with the problems and issues that are brought to therapy. I am experienced in providing child-centered play therapy, individual therapy, family and group therapy. I regularly offer parenting groups to assist parents in connecting with other parents as well as improving the parent-child relationship.
