I practice with an eclectic style, combining numerous modalities of therapy rather than focusing on a single therapeutic method. I take a trauma-informed approach so that clients have a safe place to open up, while also respecting their readiness to share certain things. I also employ a holistic approach and am very open to natural and alternative healing as well as spiritual and indigenous ways of finding the path to wellness. I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. I aim to help clients empower themselves, and I take a fully client-centered approach. I respect your limits and personal goals. I received my degree from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, the top social work graduate program in America. I was one of 60 students nationally to receive a full scholarship from the Obama administration for students learning clinical social work, and I graduated with a 4.0 GPA. Since then, I have used the knowledge I've gained to help other people. I believe in creating a warm and accepting space so that you can feel comfortable opening up and sharing with me. I am very warm, compassionate, and creative. I put effort into making clients feel comfortable and respected. I am available for free consultations to answer any questions you may have.
