I specialize in working with individuals (including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+) who are coping with depression, anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, and perinatal mental health. Many of my clients find it challenging to stop people-pleasing, set healthy boundaries, and express their needs effectively. They often feel stuck in unhelpful patterns and find it hard to break free from behaviors that no longer serve them. They come from backgrounds with dysfunctional family dynamics and are now on a journey to heal and create more satisfying relationships with themselves and their loved ones. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your concerns, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for positive change. My approach is warm, thoughtful, relational, and solutions-focused. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients. I invite you to take the first step towards your healing. Please feel free to contact me to schedule a consultation or learn more about how I can support you.
