About

Given the level of community and world uncertainty, you may be feeling increased anxiety, depression, conflict, confusion and isolation. How do you cope with such enormous uncertainty? Working effectively with your mind and reactivity is essential to finding balance, strength, comfort and connection. My focus in therapy is to listen deeply to your inner wisdom, express more fully who you are, develop skills to accomplish this and make choices that further your positive intentions. Life provides challenges at the best of times; we need support when we are most vulnerable. Therapy provides an opportunity to explore what is possible.

My focus is to offer safe environment to voice your hopes and fears, to find fresh ways to approach the present, in your home, your work, your relationships. I have extensive training and experience helping people confront current or past trauma, who feel profoundly stuck or lost, or not clear what direction to take. Together we learn your path to healing.

With over 35 years of working with people from all walks of life, I have come to trust profoundly in the human spirit. This is the basis for my approach, utilizing various skills and modalities I have developed, learning all the time from my clients. It requires a commitment to your well-being to take that next step to reach out and move fully into your life
