I am passionate about relationships and the impact they have on your life, health, happiness, and well-being. Specializing in couple’s therapy, I find myself often working with high conflict couples, codependency, trust issues, and disconnection. I provide an empathetic yet direct approach - challenging you to take necessary steps to grow with your partner. I utilize attachment theory, choice theory, and systems theories (EFT, IFS, SFBT) to address your concerns. I also enjoy working with families, especially those with young children, and can help you incorporate new tools, ideas, or meaning into your family system. Individually, my focus surrounds clients dealing with relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem, anxiety/depression, life transitions, and personality disorders. I strive to empower you with tools that help you foster strong and trusting relationships - not only with others, but also with yourself. Lastly, having a background in physical health, I put an emphasis on the mind-body (-spirit) connection and like to incorporate mindfulness and somatic exercises into therapy. I currently have Telehealth, in-office, and Walk and Talk (a more casual, active, outdoor approach to therapy) appointments available. Contact me today to set up a free consultation!
