I believe that we all have the power to become who we want to be. It is through therapy and working together that I can help you reach your potential. Practicing for 20 years, I hold a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School, and am a graduate of the Hartford Family Institute Training Program. I am licensed in the state of NY as a Mental Health Counselor. I have worked in the addiction and mental health field since 1995 and have witnessed many people overcome past trauma, serious anxiety, depression and other problems to realize great success personally and professionally. My training and experience allow me to help others make the connection between mind, body and spirit and help each person to re-align and become whole again.
